About Us

Our Story

Having spent many years sampling café culture around the world, we dreamt of bringing our experiences back home with us to Pai.

Having run our sister restaurant, Cafecito, since 2012, we’d already become known for serving high-quality coffee in Pai, so we felt it was time to open a dedicated coffee house.

After years of searching for the perfect location, we landed our location at the end of Walking Street, and as they say, the rest is history.

The Pedlar’s Blend

Our house blend uses 80% locally sourced Thai beans, providing a rich & robust backbone, with 20% Ethiopian beans added for a brighter, fruitier flavour.

Our iced-coffee blend is 100% Thai, sourced from coffee farms in Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai & Lampang.

Nui, our head barista and co-owner, has trained in cafes all over the world, including Australia, England, Greece
& Spain.

On The Plate

We like to keep our menu small, tasty & sustainable.

Our menu is designed to reduce waste and use as few imported products as possible. We work with a dedicated farmer from 1 hour outside of Pai who supplies us with organic fruit & veg, as well as free-range eggs.

Our avocados are grown in Chiang Mai, all of our baked products are produced in-house, and most of our cocktails use premium Thai spirits.
